Refund Policy

We want you to love your RTZN piece. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before buying, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim directly with them.
